Construction/Design,research and development
The design and development team is situated in this 700 m² hall which is equipped with all
forms of work surface machining for prototyping and one off manufacture specifically to the
customers wish.
Goods in and production Preparation
Is situated in a 1,300 m² Hall, here, all tests possible on quality are made before any raw
material finds its way on to the production line. Also in this hall, material is Sand Blasted clean
then cut to its required size for the next phase of manufacture.
Production
Is situated in a modest 1,300 M² Hall, with over 20x Welding bays, well able to cope with high
volume orders. All forms of Sawing, drilling, turning, grinding, welding, pressing, bending and
folding are also done here.
Spraying Hall
Is situated in this 1,400 m² hall recently built in(2009), this now enables us to provide a perfect
finish of any colour required to all our products.
End Assembly
Is Situated in this 1,800 m² hall, which is equipped with 10x ceiling cranes and 4 large bays to
enable us to cope with high volume orders..
